Sound Meditation Event with Brendan Collins – September 14, 2019

September 14 @ 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

$25 – $40

In this event we will have a guided meditation, sound immersion, followed by dance meditation technique. The meditation will focus on improving your mental and emotional state by using a breathing technique incorporated with gratitude , universal energy connection and visualizing success.

The sound immersion will be accompanied with gong vibration, as a medium to quiet the mind and cut through the mind-chatter transmuting unwanted patterns, and aligning with elemental forces to shift to higher vibrational states; and creating balance within the human energy matrix to harmonize with the New Earth energies.

We will then transition to awakening the senses with Dance meditation technique; a moving meditation to activate the energy centers to feel great. Increase speed, agility, spontaneity, mental focus and the ability to generate supportive energy for yourself and those around you.

Brendan Collins, owner of Healing Forest Massage and Wellness in Ann arbor, has over nine years of experience in the art of massage therapy. His compassionate and healing approach to massage therapy has revealed more magical pathways; leading him to sound therapy and guided meditation. Sound healing when coupled with guided meditation can transform, strengthen and open one’s life to more possibilities and guide you to solving your life’s purpose; allowing you to celebrate and serve with greater significance.
